The cost of the project depends on type of the project, the size, and complexity of design. Project-based rate is preferred. A project-based rate means that a fixed fee would be charged for the entire project. Before start, you will be provided a quote and a contract.

For example, prices for a logo design project start at €400 (approx. $500 USD). But above all, the price of the project is primarily a matter of agreement and dependent on the logo type, delivery time etc.

The project follows 6 key stages, guiding us from the initial quote to the final delivery of your design.

1. Request Quote:
Provide a detailed description of your project and you’ll receive a quote.

2. Discussion of Terms:
The next step involves discussing the terms of the project, including the timeline and specific details.

3. Research and Concept development
Analyzing competitors, market trends, and brand positioning. Brainstorming ideas, sketching rough drafts, and defining the design direction.

4. Initial Drafts
This stage transforms ideas into visual concepts. Based on research and planning, rough design variations are created to explore different layouts, colors, and styles.

5. Refinement and Revisions:
Based on your feedback on the initial drafts, the designs will be refined.

6. Finalization and Delivery:
Upon reaching a design that is perfect for you, the final files are prepared and presented for your approval.

The project timeline will be determined before we start, considering its size and the number of revisions. Small projects may take a few days, while larger ones can take up to a month. You’ll receive a clear schedule, and if any unexpected delays occur, we’ll discuss solutions to keep things on track.

There is a five-step design process that includes briefing, research, brainstorming, review, and presentation.

  1. Briefing – there are questions about your project, goals, and audience, and for any relevant examples.
  2. Research – the point is to learn more about your industry, competitors, and trends, to help guide my design choices.
  3. Brainstorming – the initial design concepts will be created and the reasoning for each one would be explained.
  4. Review – you will see design ideas and you are asked for feedback to make the final design perfect. This is a crucial step.
  5. Presentation – you will get the final design files in the needed format and resolution.

In each step, you are asked for feedback and approval.

Throughout the process, we can communicate via social media, email, or even video calls, depending on your preference and availability.
